Elm With A Cherry On Top.

This carved box is made from Elm and has a Cherry lid. The trays are made from Oak.

Tall Winged Box.

This box is made from Oak with Iroko "wings". The drawer pulls are from Bubinga.
Finished with brushed lacquer and natural beeswax.

Gone Fishin' Portrait.

Shabby-Chic Lamp.

This lamp is made from Scots Pine and Oak. The Scots Pine was finished with a blue stain which was then sanded back to bring out the grain of the Pine. The process was then repeated to give more depth to the blue colouring before a final finish of three coats of polywax sealer was applied.

These are about 3" square and are made from a variety of timbers.
